Top Soil
Just a few words here on improving the ground if needed. Top soil from builders merchants or a turf company can be quite expensive. If you are in, or near, the countryside then you may be able to find a local farmer who can sell and deliver top soil for a fraction of the price. Check on the quality of the soil they have - but it may be very worthwhile.
