The first few pictures show the awesome sight of a pump lorry "unwinding" its boom. The operator has a remote control device strapped to his chest and will accurately move the pump end to where the concrete is needed - avoiding any overhead obstructions in the process.

These photos give you a good idea of the space requirement for the lorry's outriggers. Don't let this worry you too much, the lorry drivers are used to all conditions. If you are really worried, ask them to come out beforehand.
